In 2011 - 2015 years. "WORLD ENERGY SOLUTIONS" LLC rendered a complex of services for the development of pre-project documentation for the project for the construction of a coal-gas processing complex (UGCC) in the Rostov region.
The customer and initiator of the UGPK project, RIKOUL LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), was preparing for the construction of the plant for the production of high-value chemical products - polyethylene and polypropylene using as raw materials the coals of the brand Antratsit and natural gas.
Together with the WorleyParsons American division located in Houston, WORLD ENERGY SOLUTIONS LLC acted as the developer of the engineering concept and the architect of the technological part of the USC. According to preliminary technical calculations, the processing capacity of the UGCC should be 1.0 million tons of Anthracite coal and up to 1.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year in high-quality products that are in high demand in the Russian and world markets (commodity polyethylene and polypropylene). In addition, in addition to the main products, the plant will produce a number of by-products such as sulfuric acid, electricity, fuel gas, solid paraffins and building materials (ash and slag waste).
In 2011 - 2013 years. "WORLD ENERGY SOLUTIONS" LLC developed for the Customer a Bank Feasibility Study of the project, in which calculations of technological parameters of the USC were presented, an assessment of its environmental impact was carried out and projected financial and economic indicators of the project were specified (in several variants).
In 2014 - 2015 gg. "WORLD ENERGY SOLUTIONS" LLC on behalf of the Customer organized and conducted a tender for the choice of the General Designer of the USC, in which several leading international engineering companies took part. Based on the results of the tender, the Customer concluded a preliminary contract with the selected company for a number of design works.
